Our Mission: To provide an environment that introduces and educates youth ages 5-19 to careers and hobbies in the Fashion Industry.
Our Vision: To provide mentorship used to discover and express artistic ability and innovative gifts to be utilized in a variety of fashion design oriented careers and hobbies.

According to some studies many young people are very creative and love fashion. Yet they receive limited knowledge in academia of what is required to have a career in the fashion industry. This is where our love for fashion and mentoring provide inspiring and relevant education. We employee the help of fashion industry professionals to guide our youth.

Ready By Design, Inc. gives youth a glimpse into this industry; while helping them to become independent, ethical and life-long learners who will achieve great goals and contribute positively to the arts and society.
Such as one of our breakout students, Kyemah Mcentyre (whose prom dress went viral in Spring 2015). She has since enrolled in Parsons School of Design and created her brand 'Mind of Kye'. Featured and seen in Cosmopolitan, Essence, Teen Vogue, Glamour, Allure, Vogue, New York Times and Tyra Banks' The Fab Life just to name a few.

We have been able to accomplish this through our classes as well as our field trips. Some of our fashionable excursions have led us to the The Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC, The Museum at F.I.T. in NYC, The International Center of Photography in NYC and M & S Schmalberg Flower Tour in NYC to name a few.
